SR-52 snail or fast trak?
On the Roger Hedgecock Show, Santee Mayor Randy Voepel claims to have SR-52 completion and widening fully funded on the fast track. Collinsworth says believe it when you see it, 2012 is the current completion estimate. Construction hasn't started on the SR-67 segment despite Santee Firefighter PACs 2004 guaranty of immediate completion.
